Our extra-curricular highlights

Quota Public Speaking

Students can develop their thinking, communication and teamwork skills through debating and public speaking. They also have the chance to compete in local and state events.

We are very proud of Abby McNaught, our school representative at the Quota Public Speaking event. Her topic was 'If....' and she prepared a creative and well-crafted speech.

Creative and performing arts

Our drama, music and art programs help students be creative and express themselves. They can join in concerts, art shows and drama activities.

20 of our students recently participated in the Festival of Choral Music at the Sydney Opera House.

Trips and excursions

Our students enjoy getting out of the classroom to explore, learn and try new things. These experiences help them grow, build confidence and see how their learning connects to the world.

Goulburn East students regularly have the opportunity to visit the Goulburn Mulwaree Library for Author Talks and the Goulburn Performing Arts Centre for various stage shows.
